By simple definition, the alien plant species are plants that do not originate from South Africa. They show a tendency to spread out of control and pose a major threat to Biodiversity in catchment areas, potentially disrupting the delicate natural balance in ecosystems. As we depend on biodiversity for water, food, wood, clean air, medicine and much more, it is vitally important that we protect this resource. - Thus the eliminating / removal of these plants is refered to as Alien Clearing / Alien Vegation Management. Our training programs provide insight and mechanical operative training in various fields relating to the Management and Clearing of any Invasive Plant Species.

CONTROLLING INVASIVE SPECIES

The Intergrated Control Methods of Invasive Alien Plant (IAP) Species can be broadly classified into 3 categories: Mechanical, Chemical, Biological.
